This is something that’s hard not to get excited about. Coaching women in leadership roles in this day and age is just about the most exhilarating work imaginable and it’s something that’s evolving at a rate of knots. Incidentally, my PhD focused especially on women in leadership over the age of 50 and the challenges that confront them on their journey to the top, so this is a particular passion of mine.
Specifically, I specialise in guiding women through career transitions: from pre- and post-maternity leave through to promotions, it’s natural to seek coaching and advice to improve confidence, develop personal impact, enhance your brand and gain a positive nudge in the right direction.
